• Refund or Exchange?
  • • No transaction may be changed or refunded; it is always final.
    • Orders with tracking numbers cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please be aware of this.
    • Please note that all orders with a tracking number are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Order changes are possible for orders without validated tracking numbers.
    • Refunds are not given for packages with tracking numbers unless they are unopened, undamaged and untampered, and have the “returned to sender” status; and will be refunded upon receipt, minus the shipping fee..
  • Where did my order come from?
    • Orders within Canada are sent from Vancouver, British Columbia, with a delivery window of 3–7 days starting from the time of dispatch.
    • The delivery time for any other things delivered from Los Angeles, California, is 3 to 7 days.
  • How can I report germination rates that are under 80%?

• • What are the packaging options for different types of orders?

• • Customized packaging for each product strain is available only to wholesalers in the USA and Canada. E-commerce orders within these regions are shipped in unbranded, basic packaging, while international deliveries are sent without any packaging for privacy.

International Shipping

• Any shipment intended for destinations outside Canada, the United States, and US Territories is considered an international dispatch. You must spend $200 or at least 20 seeds to order an abroad.
• The purchaser is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, and other customs charges.
• Only covert shipping methods are employed by us. When making your order, please ensure the email address and phone number are correct, applicable to your country, and easy to reach.
• Orders outside the United States will not be eligible for exchanges or refunds.
• We cannot provide an 80% germination rate for orders from abroad.
• There is no guarantee of a certain arrival time, although there might occasionally be a transit delay. Nonetheless, each item comes with a USPS tracking number for your convenience.

• Please be advised that money orders and mail funds transfers should be payable to Sonoma Seeds. Money orders with the memo “Seeds” will be promptly returned to the sender while we await new instructions.
• It is essential to know that deliveries and purchases of orders over USD/CAD 420 are subject to identification verification. Transactions that exceed this limit cannot be reversed.
• Discount coupons cannot be used with already running deals or promotions.
• You can only use seed credits or coupons from previous purchases when you place a new order using a cash transaction. Our valued customers can ask a representative to apply credits, reductions, or payments for the current order.
• In instances of DECLINED payments, there will be two reattempt efforts each day for a period of two weeks, unless the Customer verifies a different payment method or deletes the order.

Delivery & Shipment Issues

• Because all sales are regarded as final, we do not accept refund requests or exchanges.
• We provide no restitution for any loss or harm sustained in transit.
• Orders with subtotals of under $200 are subject to a $20 standard delivery fee.
• Orders are sent domestically from Los Angeles, California, to customers in all 50 states and US territories via USPS Priority Tracking.
• Canada Post ships domestic orders to customers in Canada from Vancouver, British Columbia.
• Packages are anticipated to arrive 3 to 7 days after being shipped. Please be informed that the postal carrier’s timetable is subject to change.

• A Postal Service claim number is required to reship parcels reported as being stolen or lost in transit.
• Furthermore, a Postal Service claim number is required for parcels with a verified “Delivered” status. Updated address information or signature confirmation must be included in secondary shipments.

Germination Assurance

• We can only promise an 80% germination rate if you follow the instructions we meticulously offer with each purchase on our suggested approach.
• Once the taproot has grown, you should put it in ordinary potting soil.
  • NO nutrients or NO fertilizers
• As the seedlings emerge from the earth, the cultivator is exclusively responsible for their further development.
• Please be aware that Sonoma Seeds is not liable for modifications in plant behavior caused by environmental factors.
• When the germination instructions are carefully followed, we guarantee an 80% germination rate for every package size.
• Any attempts at germination done with water sources other than bottled spring water will not be validated, so kindly be aware of that. Tap water, reverse osmosis, distilled water, and well water will not be considered alternatives if the germination rate is less than 80%.
• We cannot guarantee germination for seeds placed in sacks, concealed in any way, or exposed to a seed-heating pad while germination occurs.
• Every purchase is eligible for one replacement.
• The germination guarantees are good for up to two years after the date of purchase if the seeds are stored correctly, and the full instructions are followed.
